I confess I was puzzled. What ARE they playing at? Surely even the current Labour dunces could run a better negative campaign than this?

First I thought maybe Gordon Brown had had the nervous breakdown people were predicting.

Then I thought maybe it was the CIA trying out their new top-secret mind-control weapon ("Before we deploy it on Kim Jong-il, President, we need to test it by seeing if we can make some harmless drone act crazy.").
