I've been not been at Guido's blog so often in the past month or so because the obscene comments and swearing have got out of hand - as have the unnecessarily aggressive comments of some people. I'm not talking about every day Anglo Saxon swear words which are part of our national culture, I mean the really obscene stuff.

Roy, as an ex-editor of the Mirror ;-) and someone close to the Party I'm sure you remember those rather fuzzy photocopies doing the rounds of some local Labour Party branches (Reading for instance) back in the late 80's of photos of someone alleged to be Brown but too unclear to make out, in a nappy on a rocking horse. There were other figures in the pics aswell but too smudged to clearly discern who they were though we had an idea. We all had a good laugh at em though and believed it must have involved some senior party figures.
