I think he probably DOES ignore the polls. After all, when the polls said he was 10% ahead his own researh showed that he was actually 5% behind. Since then we have had the Northern Crock fiasco, the election that never was fiasco, the shaking hands fiasco, the lost HMRC disks fiasco. Now the polls are saying his is actualy 5% behind - what does his OWN research tell him. Labour meltdown I expect....
