The most important aspect by far of that newsnight interview with Abrahams is that he stated he has a letter from Gordon Brown's chief fundraiser, Mendelson, thanking him for the hundreds of thousands of pounds that he's donated to the party.

That letter destroys Brown's claim that he knows nothing about Abrahams and could be the smoking gun that finishes his Premiership.
