The Judges should do take great care. it is not in their gift to give away the primacy of British Courts to other courts.
if they do not protect that primacy of British Law, their position becomes unconstitutional.
infact they already are in breach of their obligation to uphold British Law by allowing themselves to be overruled by foreign courts.
this has triggered a constitutional crisis which can only be resolved when the British Constitution can no longer be overruled by foreign constitutions.
the political class refuse to accept this analysis.
that is because they are a bunch of self serving, eu retirement seeking cunts.
the enemy is within and is betraying us at every turn.
