Meanwhile the fiscal golden rule will be dropped tomorrow to cover the slight drop in tax income.
wonderful timing
MOTHERFUCKER...
So Broon is to borrow his way out of trouble - and what does that cocksucking Nulab toady cretin Nick Robinson say on the news? That there are two choices a government can take when it's in finacial trouble: to raise taxes, or to borrow.
Robinson you PRICK there are actually THREE choices - they can cut the fucking demented spending that is driving us into the fucking dust you ignorant bald speccie FUCKTARD.
I feel the need to storm somewhere and kill many many politicians. Real soon.
Any bets on the thickness of the whitewash?

The start of the economic meltdown. Bean can't keep the tsunami back anymore - he's simply going to unlock the gates and let the water flood in.
You think prices are going up quick now -you haven't seen anything yet! As tax receipts droplike a stone, social security rises exponentially as more and more claim the dole the government borrowing requirement will increase massively.
The upshot is 'who's going to lend the government money at 3.5%?' Answer - no-one! Result, interest rates take off at the rate of knots. And there's not a thing this wanker (or you) can do about it.
Last one in the UK -please turn off the lights. Ohh.... sorry,we've been cut off!
Frank, wasn't Nick Robinson the Chairman of Conservative Students under Thatcher? I'm sure he understands that Governments can cut spending...
@ Frank Fisher (10.22pm):
It is because of such fuckwittery I am glad I've got rid of my telly and stopped paying for the BBC.
A few weeks ago I visited my parents. My Dad was watching a BBC report about the new scheme in Dundee whereby smokers wishing to quit would be given money on a smartcard allowing them to buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
As he walked down the aisle of a major supermarket, the nobend that was making the report proceeded to show the audience what fruit and veg looked like!
Fucking twat- no wonder we're all dumbed down. I'm not paying £138 per year (or whatever the licence fee is now) for such patronising shite.
Wankers- the lot of 'em. Bring back John Craven.
Frank, wasn't Nick Robinson the Chairman of Conservative Students under Thatcher? I'm sure he understands that Governments can cut spending...
Oh I'm sure he does - but the pressure of doing a live to camera on a breaking story exposes the heart doesn't it? The instincts. C'mon, we've all been under pressure - and what do you do, you slip back to the core.
BLAM, his instant instinct, the BBC's instant instinct, there are just TWO things you can do. Raise taxes or borrow. Slips are significant - hell Freud knew that - revealing far more than the pre-prepared.
Sorry fellers but this guy is supposed to be slick, informed, a player, knowledgable - and a howler like that on the ten o clock news, bloody shocking.
And as to the story itself - we are FUCKED. Broon is fucking us to save his own skin.
Next step - before Thursday I betcha - a windfall tax on the oil companies. Broon's crossed a threshold, he'll do anything now.
This is when it gets real interesting.
I hope they nail them.
But then I hoped they'd nail Blair over Kelly/Cash for honours.
I expect them to be given a clean bill of health, pin all the blame on Guido Fawkes, and then have Alistair Campbell all over the news demanding your resignation.
Who exactly sits on the charity commission? Full of left wing fuckwitts no doubt.
W.W.
Frank,
If he will do this now, what stunts will they be pulling in two years time.
As I have said before, expect the unexpected.
God help us all.
W.W.
Frank Fisher at 10:48 PM -
If the Oil Co's get even a sniff of a windfall tax heading their way, they'll be domiciled elsewhere in an instant. You can guarantee they already have contingency in place to deal with this problem. Once Shell, BP etc go, HSBC, RBS etc will be right behind them, followed by a tidal wave of other Companies offshoring.
When do the IMF come in?
Guido,
Sorry,if you think the labour appointed Chair (man) of the Charity Commission Dame Suzi Leatherwill do anything to upset the Labour Government then you better start believing in the fairies at the bottom of the garden.
W H I T E W A S H! I can see the headline now.
Sorry, that woman aint no fighter.
imf has changed its definitions of 'onshore' and 'offshore' tax regimes. there are now 'well regulated' and 'poorly regulated' domiciles.
i don't know exactly what that means, but 'offshore' is now not technically correct (@least in respect of the IMF)
Golden rule gone.....its back to a free for all
What a bloody shambles
Things are now so bad that Brown has to abolish his already manipulated 40% rule in order to go out and borrow more. Things really are as bad as we thought. Brown will trash the economy, fuck the pound, let inflation rip, and lead us into bankruptcy just to keep his sham of economic prosperity on the road a little longer.
What a fucking disaster this repulsive, deranged bastard is leading us into.
The report will be a masterpiece in: "On the one hand, but on the other hand..." pseudo even-handedness.
"Whilst being critical of A. Arse, there is insufficient evidence to blah... blah..."
I hear ZNL are going to get Michael Foot back to sort it out.
Interesting times. What with no football this summer, the tattooed pink slapheads could be up for a rumble when they find out the mortgage on their two bed ex council semi's is set to double.
I'd love to see our desk bound "Police" deal with a full blown 250,000 strong riot.
"Fill in form 25/h/b, then HSE34572b/ then a family cohesion report...."
IMF here we come.......every Labour govt runs out of OUR money.....cunts
Anyone wanna bet they will tag on a law to limit wage/price hikes? add in unlimited borrowing and industrial strength whitewash and we are truly fucked.
I would say the lights will be off long before everyone has left.
The one eyed slack jawed arse burgling retarded sporran sucker.
Old Holborn 1.56am
"I'd love to see our desk bound "Police" deal with a full blown 250,000 strong riot."
No sorry the police have better things to do then fighting crime/riots etc like sending 3(Yes I said 3 although 2 ****ed off when they found out that the paperwork was too much although a "crime" was solved)officers to Boots in Folkstone to "interview" a frightened 12 year old girl who'd been apprehended and detained by store security for painting ONE fingernail with sample nail varnish and then being unable to pay the £6.29 demanded by the store and apparently held for "her own safety until her parents arrived" to pay up.

The "there are two choices, borrow more or tax more" rubbish was repeated on the Today programme just now
The bogey-eater's great vision is the tried and tested 'Scorched Earth Policy'.
The policy of devastating all land and buildings in the course of advancing or retreating troops so as to leave nothing salvageable to the enemy.
No doubt Brown's plan is all a cunnning plot to destroy England. First utterly destroy the economy then by turning the Labour party into the new National Socilaists he has ensured they are unelectable in England.
This means the Nats will win in Scotland, having thoroughly destroyed England, Scotland will vote for independence and the last thing keeping the country afloat (the oil) will be gone.
England, utterly, utterly fucked by a group of thieving, mad, trotyskite bastards.
When the Army's back we should send them north on a mission, something like Barbarosa would be good.
Brown's disgusting contempt for the parliament effectively the process by which the British people choose to be governed.
Possibly the Smith report, SATs fiasco, certainly the leaked relaxing of fiscal rules - just as the PMQs draws to a close.
Undoubtedly more "bad news" to come.
Rich and Mark - Brown on beach with his spade - burying bad news.
BBC cunts are following exactly the same line on Today news at 8: there are only TWO alternatives, raise taxes or borrow. This is disgusting - those bastards are purely Labour propagandists. I'm writing to Today to complain this morning, and I urge others to do likewise. There's a line between their usual piss-poor journalism and outright lying, and this thunders through it.
"BBC cunts are following exactly the same line on Today news at 8: there are only TWO alternatives, raise taxes or borrow. "
If you live in the BBC World that's absolutely true. Despite all the propaganda about BBC reform, all the managers employed and bleating from the Unions, the words 'cut' or 'saving' just arent in the BBC internal lexicon.
I had a friend who once worked for them as a producer. He never learned to drive as he just called a cab and charged it to the BBC - quite legitimately, it was part of his contract terms.
I'm so glad I didn't sell my whelk stall to Snottie McTwat. It would be so unfair to the crustaceans...
What has Southwold done to deserve McTwat gracing it with his illustrious presence? Perhaps McTwat will do a John Darwin whilst he's there and head out into the North Sea in a canoe and sneak back so that he can get the insurance money. It might be worth having a whip round to raise the premium.
Just read from the Charity Commission website:
Contact Centre Closed on Friday
The Contact Centre will be closed for essential staff training on Friday 18th July 2008
So don't bother ringing to compalin about the whitewash!

To assess the chances of an adverse report critical of The Smith Institute by the Charity Commission a quick look at the commission's borad members register of interests will tell you all you need to know:
Dame Suzi Leather (Chair): Member of the Labour Party
Simon Jones (Member) : Member of the Labour party
Sharmila Nebhrajani (Member) : Head of corporate planning BBC (1997-1999)
Theo Sowa (Member) : Former member of the Labour Party
Tess Woodcraft (Member) : Head of Communications, Islington Council (1994-96)
Andrew Hind (Chief Exec) : COO BBC World Service (1995-2004)
Rosie Chapman (Exec Director) : Tresurer of Hackney Wimmins Aid (1992-2003)
Chances of the Smith Institute taking a beating : NONE
they got away with it....
The Charity Commission has today published the results of its inquiry into the Smith Institute (registered charity no 1062967).
The Commission’s inquiry reconfirmed that the Smith Institute is a charity and is capable of operating for the public benefit. The inquiry also found that the Smith Institute is producing work which falls within its charitable purposes, is of educational value and is freely available to the public.
I've read much of it online. Although the headline summary seems a whitewash (just another little aid to allow NuLiebor to quote it, as usual), the specific findings DO address the Smith Institute's blatant political bias.
In the circumstances probably the best one could hope for.
