Let's not crow until the bastard is well and truly out of it. Once we see the newt-fucker on the tube with his self-satisfied smug expression wiped off his face THEN we can celebrate. This double vote system where Livingstone is still in with a chance if Boris pulls just less than 50% of the vote (not even Mugabe would dare have that system) is so obviously gauged to making sure that the newt-fucker wins the election.
