Mike Smithson has the whisper from a reliable source that YouGov's last poll has Boris "leading Ken 44%-36% on first preferences. After second preferences that becomes 53% to 47%."

Postal vote fraud generally doesn't appear in opinion polls. Leninslime & his friends in Zanu Liebore are going to steal this election.
I'm still pessimistic. I've got this horrible feeling that the newt fondler is going to pull enough invented postal votes out of the bag to slime his way back in. However, in hope more than in expectation - Go Boris!
I'm surprised more hasn't been said about postal vote fraud, especially by Team Boris. They need to scrutinise the postal votes carefully.
I'm going to give Livingstone the benefit of the doubt and assume he's not directly responsible for any fraud. But no doubt he's aware it may happen in his favour and is probably quite pleased about that.
Who do we thank for these corrupt no go areas? could it be the Tories?
Actually yes, combined with Labour it is of your own making, only the BNP ever spoke out about it, saw what was comming with the fragmentation of society and the No Go areas and you all screamed `racists` at them,
Reap what you sow!
Ken will win and you can all congratulate yourselfs for helping him to do it as the country further fragments and becomes a third world shit hole.
Leave second preference blank. You don't have to fill it in. Your second preference will count for nothing anyway, if Ken or Boris are your first preferences.
Don't leave your second preference blank - unscrupulous hands can and may fill it in for you with a 'Ken'. It has happened.
My impression is that the turnout is simply VAST - In our Polling Station I have ever seen anything like it even at a General Election. This in Inner London - deprived area. That seems to indicate that the pools are likely to be WELL out, and the resulkt delayed, because it looks to me like a 60% plus turnout.
Elimination of Labour at the next general election. Removal of their cheerleaders at the BBC.
What is the best tactic?
Let Ken win. London is a hole anyway, and will remain one whatever happens. Boris would provide an excuse for "Tory Sleaze" to be dug up by the Beeboids whenever Gordon needs cover. It would also keep the Snotgobbler in No 10 until the real knockout blow can be delivered.
No woman could possibly be in the 'respect' party unless she is an S&M freak who secretly wants a good beating from a beardy fellow, followed by being forced to walk around in a bin bag in public - actually perfect party for self loathing, western society hating socialist bitches to belong to now that I think of it.

It is almost certain that the top two candidates will be Boris and Ken. Assuming that neither Boris nor Ken gets 50% of 1st preference votes then 2nd preference votes are taken into account. However, the only 2nd preference votes which are used are those where the first preference was for one of the minor candidates.
Therefore, if you have put Boris as your first preference then your 2nd preference will be ignored. So you could even put Ken as your second preference and it wouldn't make any difference.
BBC London local tv news after 1pm national news today has said that there's already reported "irregularities" (ie. fraud) in the London mayor vote.
As far as so far reported, two polling stations have been reported to be writing voter numbers on the top of the voting forms, thereby invalidating their votes.

One year ago Youguv overestimated the SNP lead in the Scottish Elections. It may have done the same with Boris.

I'm still expecting a Boris victory though.

Do your bit to end the disaster that is Liebour.

You only live twice, Blofelch old man.
Postal vote corruption.

HaHa Ken is going to be neutered.
That YouGov lead keeps narrowing. Christ!
It will be the postal vote that decides it and we all know who will benefit from that.
The real scandal won't be the fraud it will be the lack of any investigation, prosecutions or changes to the results.
Welcome to Zimbabwe.
Any chance of a 'St Boris & The Newt' from Rich & Mark?
Um, fairly basic question here - who gets my second preference if I want Boris to win?

Anybody but Ken.
So if Boris wins we get two years of a total buffoon (great intellect my arse) turning the Tories into a laughing stock before the general election.
Talk about an own goal.
I fear I’m with Mr Jolly. I too suspect that the evil newt lover will somehow snatch victory from Boris. God knows I hope I’m wrong.

I don't think they did. I think they were caught out by ballot paper problems that worked to Labour's advantage - although it did them scant good.
Voted for Boris and got to call a woman from 'Respect' a fucking cunt. A good start to the morning.
Ken wouldn't even get, nor deserve, my third preference vote, but the earlier poster was correct, leave em blank and the are Kens.
We seriously need to know the proportion of voters choosing to vote by post as this information would be a valuable guide to detecting fraud.
The old way, voting using someone elses polling card, has been eclipsed by newer techniques. Democracy it ain't, never was and will never be.
Question.
Do they actually COUNT postal votes (or are they able to do so)?
If so, whatever the result, the proportion of postal votes accredited to each candidate will make fascinating reading.
Boris wants to ban game consoles.
The GTA IV crew say Vote Ken!
I heard there was going to be a party tonight for Boris' supporters? Does anyone know anything about this? I'm keen to go along!

Right, that's my votes in.
1) Boris
2) Paddick (to show support for the idea of giving him the police duty)
3) Con.
4) Con.
I love the vote.
For fucks sake stop reading this blog and get out and vote for Boris.
