I'm hearing some quite large numbers were spent on his own property, but these may have been disguised or not included in the figures released...

A council officer has been arrested after police
seized what they believed to ba a kalashnikov
AK-47 assult rifle.
Nadeem Ilyas 27 of london Road Blackburn was
arrested at Bangor street community centre where
he works.
he has now been suspended by Blackburn with Darwen council pending the outcome of police
investigation and an internal council inquiry.
Ilyas was detained on suspicion of possessing

I have a company credit card which I use for expenses incurred on company business - petrol, meals, hotel bills, etc. Do you have a problem with that?
