Not Emily, Not Cathy

Newsnight's Emily Maitlis has emailed back to say that she hasn't dined Chez Cameron and she isn't the source of the Nancy Cameron story. Guido now paging Daisy McAndrew, Kirsty Wark, Martha Kearney....

I can't imagine the Camerons having Kirsty Squark round to dinner.

Emily Maitlis is a babe. Any chance of her e-mail address?

Story going round the Lobby is that Channel 4 political editor Gary Gibbon has been dining out on the tale and telling chums, claiming he was there when it happened. Perhaps he was there with Daisy McAndrew? Or perhaps he just has a Zelig-like desire to be involved...certainly those two are at the centre of it.
But is the guilty party going to fess up? I think not - the Tories have sat on them and warned them it's no more pasta and polenta at Dave's if they can't stick to the rules..

Could it be Fetchingham?

Even if she was there, is she likely to tell you ?

re 12.05 - sadly, I agree. Sounds like snooty Cameron though...

La Maitlis says 'she hasn't dined Chez Cameron'.

OK, so that leaves the door wide open. Maybe she just popped in for pre-dinner drinks, or a quick coffee, or just a brief chat.

You can never be too sure, these days. Check and recheck everything.

Don't care who it was. We have an underclass and Labour have caused it. Whether Toffs or Champaign Socialists, a la "Balls" and co., only the Conservative Party can make even a small difference to the mess of the last 11 years.
The media certainly can't. As bad as the Nancies they support, all of them. Blogosphere for me.
Was anyone ever so aptly named as public school boy Balls. Shame he hasn't got any, they belong to Snotty.

O/T Latest wheeze from Jack-off Straw: Fine people who don't vote.

Stands to reason. How else can they make Labour-loving chavs and other wastrels get off their arses and place a cross (i.e. their signature) on the ballot paper?

PS No I don't read the Mirror - just seeing what crap it had today.

It was me!

Did I mention I also bought Paul his first guitar, and showed him how to play it? Sheesh, but they were shit in the early days. I said to John, baby you are far too shy, you need to be far more ascerbic (whatever that means). Anyway I gave up on him and made him play the drums and nod his head and smile occasionally. They then went on from strength to strength appearing all over the world. George and me wrote most of their songs, Paul and John were far too busy trying to be the top Beatle. My fav was Money can't buy me love but divorce fucking can.

I think the source will turn out to be Ima Lying-Turd, of the Sunday Mirror.

Re the Beast, I think David does live in an ex council house. Oh, the irony. And yes, does look like it's ITN's Daisy McAndrew...though wierdly Channel 4 political editor Gary Gibbon has told people he was there when the dread words were said. pS. Love the way the Central Office stormtroopers are trying to sit on any blog that comments on this. I notice it was moved from Conservative home pretty sharpish! So much for democracy. Hello to Hello-style journalism when Dave's happy to invite the cameras in
