i managed to watch a bit of commons ammendemnt debate and from what was said tonight clause 3 will allow the european courts to run UK defence via seconadry legislation. the wording was described as at best vague , and one mp said that the only purpose of the wording is to enable control from the body which we become part off . if it was otherwise the wording shouldnt even exist.
murphy tried to fence it off , but had to answer about how the eu will fine any countries that do not agree .
its tricky stuff to follow , but its certainly not what labour have spun it as being.
OT but why do the Russians get to elect their leader and we get brown stain imposed on us? how can this be right.
