Barred Campaign Photos

Masses of broadcast and print media coverage for the campaign to bar Alistair Darling from pubs. First photo of a pub displaying the "Barred" poster comes from the Jolly Brewer in Lincoln. So no chance of Alistair Darling getting a round in there. Was there ever a chance of him getting a round in?

Send more poster sighting pictures to Guido.Fawkes@Order-Order.com.

Print out the downloaded the poster (pdf) from here. Some cracking entries already in for the sing-a-long campaign song competition. Closes Friday, 5pm.

Picture via John Trenchard.

Did you hear they changed my planted line yesterday at PMQs.

I did the one about
"Does the PM agree with me that we all great friends with the French now, and that the French are all great chaps with an immaculate fighting record and unrivaled political systems, and MR Sarkozy has an especially tasty wife."

"Erm, I am in agreement with the RT Hon Member. The French are all , erm , [clunk] erm , super and lovely. I have never personally looked at a picture of his new wife but I am , erm , [clunk] sure she is erm , very agreeable. Our schools have produced students that lead the world in Leisure and tourism, Media and business studies and cake decoration and so we will be asking the French if we can exchange some of these for their Nuclear experts,in which the Tory government fifteen years ago failed to invest."

Mind you we had to shut that traitor David Winnick up. What was he thinking!! Its going to be hard enough to keep our trough without offering up sacrifices.

Oh come on - as if any of these shits ever socialise with the rif-raf down the pub... they're far too elite for that.

Get the fucker barred from the Commons bars, then he'll get the message...

I would like to know whether bar prices in the Palace went up after the budget. It would be a scandal if they have not. Also it would be interesting how they compare with normal pub prices

I went to a quality local pub/restaurant in Chislehurst, Kent the other day & saw that the grey haired, spectacle wearing pint pincher is now not welcome in thier establishment anymore ! Its about time that these MP's understood that its not the normal every day hard working people of Britain that are causing the anti social drinking culture & that by putting up pub prices it will just push more people to go to the irresponsible super markets selling strong beer at ridicilous prices. Our pubs are part of our long established heritage and social network. Keep the GREAT in Britain ban the not so Darling Alistair ! ! !

Why just Alistair Darling? If every pub barring Darling had posters barring local Labour politucians as well it would certainly put the pressure on Darling from them as they get criticised locally for supporting this.

Believe me. There's one thing that will make politicians put pressure on their bosses. It's local criticism of themselves and the threat of losing their seats.
