Schillings look very foolish, realising that the writ of an English High Court Judge does not extend beyond England, they tried to claim breach of copyright.

OT Just been revealed on Sky that Jacqui five-chins Smith completely lied about going out for a kebab. It just never happened. Blatant lie.
There is nothing in the Northern Rock Summary that could not be deduced from published documents and a day or so crunching some numerical scenarios if you were that sad. Considering that all the future numbers are estimates and all estimates are invariably wrong I fail to see what harm or loss is caused by publication. That said, it is not normal for such things to be published in advance of a sale, but as taxpayers' money is involved I would expect a lot of post-sale transparency.

Sadly not one of the media muppets supposedly "interviewing" him has asked that, if the UK economy is so strong, then how come we have record private debt of over £1.4 trillion, we have a record trade gap with the rest of the world, and the government is running a record and growing public account deficit?
The UK is drowning in debt (debt which has fuelled most of the so-called growth in recent years) yet Darling and Brown are allowed to get away with this fatuous claim of a strong economy.
Even the IMF, the NIESR and various other financial bodies have forecast that over-indebted economies like the UK will fare far badly from the coming economic chaos than less indebted economies like Germany.
Anyone who believes Darling's spurious nonsense has a big shock in store.

Again Brown hands over British tax payers money to the INDIANS while the ultra rich in that country evade taxes. India is a nuclear power the money was there to support that venture.

I heard Peter Allan on BBC radio 5 drive earlier say that the story about Jacqui Smith and the Peckham kebab was untrue. Though why she would lie about something like this wasn't clearly explained.
