Hain Alternative Jobs Competition Winner

There was one diamond in the rough out of the competition entries from BrianSJ:
I think that Peter Hain would be ideal as the next James Bond. Bond has very little time for bean counters and paperwork, he has a high opinion of himself and he bends a few rules if that helps. The tan and man of the world looks are perfect for the part.

He needs a Quantum of Solace just now. He could star in:

Diamonds Are From Sponsors
Dr No If No Buts
The Man with the Golden Face
Tomorrow Never Lies
Goldfinger in the Till
Goldenlie

(Hopefully) You Only Live Once

The World is Not Enough, Thunderballs etc are fine as titles.
Cassandra suggested Dye Another Day, alas there is only one winner, so if Brian emails Guido with his postal address a copy of The Big Red Book of New Labour Sleaze will be sent to him.

Who else saw Mr Bean on GMTV this morning? Pathetic, Bean likes rabbiting on and on and on. A bit like yesterday's interview with the BBC's Politics Show where Bruun would hardly let the interviewer ask a question.

"How can anybody not recognise my infinite intelligence and my sly manipulation, using control-freak methods" "How dare they disagree!!"

a view to a shill - ing?

brown seems to be some on kind of amphetamine prescription. precise speech is essntial from a pm. during his interview with sopel he was speaking so fast that on several occasions he had to correct mischosen words. his technique is to bore the interviewer and waste time. he repeats and reiterates himself. he persistantly lies, claiming inflation is at 2% and the eu treaty is not a constitutional document when earlier he had said energy costs have risen by 60% and that we had red lines to protect us from the treaty. why do we need to be protected if that document has no constitutional impact? if we need protection, what are the costs to us, brown won't say, it is always half truths or no truth with brown.
also brown has a very childish nature in that he has a problem with personal responsibility. he claims all credit but refuses to accept responsibility for his actions. paedophiles have that same character flaw.
my view is that brown's behaviour is similar to that of a functioning schizophrenic with
sociopathic tendencies.
I think it is in the public interest to know exactly what medication the prime minister is being prescribed. junkies can't be trusted, they will pull any old stroke to get their way. that may be how smack heads operate but is not appropriate or acceptable for a British prime minister to behave in the same manner.

Could someone explain why David Conway MP and his son are not being prosecuted for theft, rather than a 10 day suspension, which appears like a slap on the wrist. Is Cameron happy to give the Conservative whip to someone who appears to be little better than a common thief.

Calling the Prime Minister Mr Bean is an insult.

An insult to Mr Bean!

Oh, I don't know; what about the guy who parachuted into a sinister dictatorship to rescue a political party that shut down fourteen years earlier?
