He is behind in the latest YouGov poll, the opposite of the party's position nationally.
Why does each successive party leader have to go through this routine of Boris gets a new (read another) job, followed by crash, followed by burn? David Cameron needs to learn from William Hague's, IDS's and Michael Howard's mistakes in this regard.
