Huhne Site is Up

Well that didn't take long did it? It is almost as if they were ready before Ming went...

Chris Huhne banner

Presumably he wants "people in charge" as opposed to Alien Lizards? What does he mean?

Meh. He's just lost my vote as I want Alien Lizards in charge... can't be much worse than Nu-Labour!

There's not much you can fit onto a banner these days.

"A fairer society would be one with people like me in charge" is the full message.

We've had to edit it a little bit, but I think it is clear what we are getting at.

Gary Elsby who tells the truth always said...

Chris Huhne looks like someone who will shaft you the first chance he gets. Not may I say, in the Liberal sense, but in the pickpocket type of way.

Nick Clegg doesn't want to be Leader and he's going to spend 'more time with his family' before he may, maybe, perchance, possibly, iffy puts his name in the hat.

Lying twat.

Gary

A verbless society. Nouns in charge.

Being a Liberal Democrat (but not actually liberal or particularly democratic, unless you mean in the European sense of never changing the ruling cklique except by periodic revolutions, every 50 years or so, and mass executions) he probably believes that the royal family (a) rules the country and (b) are actually alien lizards.

This is not as outragesous as you think. He shares these beliefs with most readers the Daily Express.

A Fairer Society!
(that bloke in Rotherham with £1.50 should give 10p to a tramp)

People in Charge!
(i.e. the people who are usually in charge, power-freaks, megalomaniacs and bores)

Here's another suitably meaningless slogans he might like:

Forward to the Future!

Guido, you should start a competition for the most cretinous and ambiguous slogan and then offer it to the highest-bidding Limp Dump.

Yeah, why not?

The banner should read...

A FAIRIER FUTURE WHERE PEOPLE ARE CHARGED MORE!

Why would anyone waste a vote on a party thats polling just ahead of the BNP and have as many fruitcakes on the payroll as the BNP!
Alien lizards? who needs them when you have the alien abductee Opik on the case!
The LIBDEMS... tough on reality, tough on the causes of reality!

Annonynonny 19.06,

By "the people" they mean it in the 'animal farm' sense of the word of course! What they should say is, the educated elite who are far superior to the poor ignorant prolls! LIBDEMS born to rule destined to rule? Four legs good, Two legs better?

martin tupper said...

I think I may have deciphered this into something that makes sense.
A feral society. People on charges.

Anonymous said...

You don't suppose he has inadvertently missed a definite article?

Of course not: Huhne is very much a wannabe European oligarch at heart; 'the people' are an irrelevance to ambitious, jumped-up little shits like him (cf. the Milibands)

Tuscan Tony said...

Is "people" in this context intended to be pronounced as Michael Howard does?

Re your reference to Milibands being jumped-up little shits. Perhaps you are unaware that it is now verboten to diss the Milibands. Today a hapless member of parliament was obliged to eat dirt after innocently insulting the Miliband folk memory. Let that be a lesson to you. No jokes, no cartoons, no questioning a Miliband's thoughts or actions. You have been warned.

People in charge - referendum of Europe's new treaty - does this blighter trust the people enough on this issue?

Limpdems are the last refuge of the pacificts, vegetarians and those on the public payroll who just can't vote Tory, but will not vote Labour. A great party which has been misled by a drunk, and that unconvicted scoundrel Thorpe. Vote Liberal or we'll shoot your dog.

Wasn't Thorpe the last Old Etonian political party leader?

The Liberals haven't had a decent leader since Lloyd George.

Dennis said...

I think you'll find that there is an Etonian among the present party leaders. At least, that's what I read in the Daily Mirror, so it must be true.

Huhne is quite correct. We need people in charge.

Just imagine what would happen if goats were in charge. It would be like being governed by a group of kids.

I say, vote for Chris to keep the goats out.
