Gordon Signs
Is it just Guido, or does Gordon look to you like he has just finished a particularly satisfying nose bogey in the new Tory pro-referendum poster?Guido is bored with all the details of this EU not-the-constitution treaty. It simply seems pretty shoddy not to hold a referendum, just because they have dropped a flag and anthem, when it was explicitly promised in the 2005 Labour manifesto.
Gordon may come to rue signing this if the Tories succeed in making the next election about trust and character. The Miliband line that this is not the constitution is a transparent falsehood.
Voters down the pub can see this clearly...

I'd just like to tell poisonous Kevin to keep his incoherent mumblings to himself.
In the summer it was estimated that there were 40 Labour MPs prepared to rebel on this. Anyone know how this looks now. We need to ensure as many Labour MPs as possible stick to their manifesto commitment to counter the efforts of Labour whips.
Bottler Brown the Traitor,3rd world management for a 3rd world country.the rest of the people too busy getting ripped off by the tv companies,tv news has more on about Pakistan than about us being shafted, very sad day.
Yet, I find these four red lines so simple to understand, it's so simple, a simpleton must have thought of them!
No wonder people get disillusioned with politics.
What's the point of voting for the Labour Party if they then break their manifesto pledge?
"What's the point of voting for the Labour Party if they then break their manifesto pledge?"
Knock, knock. How long will it take for you to learn?
Let's be a bit more accurate here, Guido.
You Tories know fuck all about referendums.
You have always told the GREAT BRITISH PUBLIC! to fuck off when it comes to any sort of life threatening traties in the EU.
The best part of the Tory party is bit where all lying bastards lie to each other about lies.
Dave should come out and tell us why Thatcher and Major were heretics to Britain.
Have the guts Guido.
Gary
According to the Downing Street website, some Government monkey will be trying to defend the idefensible on thursday. It reads:-
Minister for Europe webchat
Minister for Europe Jim Murphy will be answering your questions on Europe on Thursday 25 October at 16:45 BST.
The man is a traitor. pure and simple
The so called "red lines" are worthless just like Labour's promises.
Where's our referendum that you promised in your 2005 Manifesto Mr Brown ?
"does Gordon look to you like he has just finished a particularly satisfying nose bogey?"
No, he looks like he's just spooted a juicy opportunity to involve himself in the McCann case and earn a few brownie points.
Gary Elsby who exposes two faced Tories as flip flop liars said...
Um... which party organised the original EEC referendum?
Whatever you may think of The Sailor, he did at least put it to a vote!
Elsby, Labour are supposed to support the people of this country, screw the Tories they aren't in charge YET,what have we had from Labour 3000 new laws ,kids dying from illegal guns, hospitals killing people, police ticking boxes, but making sure they get the speeding or parked motorist, more taxes, people on low wages getting 10% taxed now going to 20%,lied to ,spun to ,all the mp's with heads in the pig trough, now being thrown to the EUSR,10 years of Labour has screwed this country.
It is frankly amazing that the Poles would sign up to being bossed about by the Germans.
Mr. Elsby is an admirable keyboard warrrior isn`t he . I assume he means that the Maastricht treaty was a larger ceding of sovereignty than the Constitution. Sadly he may have a point. A referendum should have been offered and we Conservatives must hold out hands up and admit we have been slow to see the real agenda behind the super state dream. Equally we were far to timid about the simple bilateral trading arrangements which are allwe required. TO go back as far as Thatcher is of course adolecent confusion.
All of this was clear when Bliar was obliged to offer a referendum. The British People have said ,. No More . the red lines were at the time in place then and nothing has really changed. Brown is lying and so is Milliband so is Nick Clog ( Die Dutchman)
Gary Elsby supports the most deceitful and illiberal Administration we have yet seen as well as the most incompetent .
I `m sure , as a fundementally decent fellow , he will see that his volcanic energies are better employed in removing the Stalinist freak and the cancer of mendacity that is eating the nation guts outward. Unlike the pervert autist Brown i offer a chgoice to Elsby
Join us Gary or remain a pointless ill informed tosser.
The choice is yours , make the right one
"Where's our referendum that you promised in your 2005 Manifesto Mr Brown ?"
That's one of the red lines - right though the manifesto committment.
Anyone know what's happened to the Daily Mirror's political editor Oonagh Blackman? Apparently, she's been asked to take a very, very long "holiday"?
It was Wilson who organised teh 1975 referendum, wasn't it (Not Heath)?
That having been said, let me type this slowly so that even thick, left-wing toss-pots like Gary can understand it: "Labour should hold a referendum because they said they would".
Moaning about treaties under the Tories is waffle, given the above.
If there are any leftists out there who can type AND construct a logical argument can you kindly answer the following - "If the two traties / constitutions are SO different, how is it that you keenly supported both??!!!"
Two centuries of keeping the French and Germans from this Land and a one eyed lieing traitor gives us away to them,I suppose traitor Brown will take the salute when the EU army marches down Whitehall.
Must be an old photo. Gay Gordon looks ever more disheveled as his dream job turns into a nightmare. He's even lost weight due to stress. His self-neglect is a symptom of depression. He doesn't have time to comb his hair or do his tie up properly. He stays in bed until the last possible moment, hiding under the covers, afraid to face the world. How sad. He's waited years to become Prime Minister and now it's all gone horribly wrong.
Hey, Gary, want to tell us why Blair wanted out of the EU when he first got into Parliament?
Want to discuss why Brown and Blair wanted us in the ERM in 1992?
Or perhaps we could have a heated discussion about the repeal of the Corn Laws?
@Gary: Care to explain why it is that a man that has never been elected by anyone to govern us, not even his own party, should be permitted to draw a line through the 2005 election manifesto commitment to hold a referendum on the EU constitution (sorry treaty) and then sign our sovereignty away? Presumably you would have voted for Hitler Gary and cheered happily when he signed away the Bill of Rights.
No no, Guido, we must believe that nice Mr Miliband. He is so honest and sensible and can take a joke in good part. He is obviously destined for great things. Perhaps he will be our glorious leader some day! Wouldn't that be wonderful? It makes me sad to think that Mr Brown will eventually have to step down, but it makes me happy to think that he will pass on the baton to someone like Mr Miliband!
Anyone who thinks Mr Miliband looks a bit like a chimpanzee (it's the ears, apparently) should be sent for re-education at special work-camps.
Please, Mr Miliband, pass a law and get those horrid people removed from our midst!
The Sun are calling it 'Gordon's Last Supper'
He's signed his own death warrant!
"GORDON Brown last night surrendered centuries of British power to Brussels in a “last supper” washed down with fine wine"
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/eu_referendum/article362166.ece
I feel sorry for Gordon. As possibly one of the shortest-serving and most pointless PMs since Chamberlain (and even that is arguable) he almost certainly wants to have his moniker on as many treaties and documents as possible, so he can show his grandchildren that he "really did have the job, honestly, kids. Gordo Was Ere (or there)"
Answer the point!
Thatcher and Major didn't do what you call upon Gordon to do that he doesn't have to do. Comprende?
You want a referendum to say what, exactly?
"We the (once)Great British Tory party (loud clapping at the back)do NOT want to have an independant Foreign Policy from the European Union".
"We the (dead)Conservative Party do NOT want an independant Home Affairs policy".
Need I go on? This is what we now have.
John Major was right, the 'bastards' that took over the Tory Party well and truly fucked you all up and continue to do so.
No-one will be talking about this down the pub tonight.
The Tories know fuck all about referendums. Only Labour does what is neccessary and when required.
Only Prime Ministers do the right things regarding Europe.
Dave is not, and never will be, a Prime Minister unless he does right by Europe.
Gary
Will the tosser choose to go in 2009, and lose to a small Con majority, or will the tosser bottle it and choose to go in 2010, and lose to a Con landslide?
Tuscan Tony - I don't think Gordon is going to be showing anything to his grandchildren, given that he already looks like a (slightly) warmed-up cadaver and his own sprogs are still toddlers.
'Peter Mandelson, Britain’s European Commissioner, challenged Gordon Brown last night - saying that he needed to provide a clearer sense of direction
His remarks implied that neither the Labour Party nor the country was yet clear what Mr Brown stood for.'
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article2689738.ece
Guido, looks for now like your leprechaun mates will have to have a proxy vote on our behalf.
Worth advertising the National Platform in case any of your ex City pals fancy a donation in a worthy cause, before the next Recession bites? If only to get a piccie up of that nice Dana (the singer and politician, not the Israel tranny).
A little shrill Gary. Too much coffee this morning?
Neither Thatcher or Major promised a referendum, did they? Ah, but I forget - Gordon had nothing to do with the last ten years did he? It was all that nasty Tony Blair.
As to why we should have the referendum, to legitimise the EU process and perhaps, just perhaps, restore an iota of credibility to this tawdry collection of con artists masquerading as a government.
Two centuries of keeping the French and Germans from this Land and a one eyed lieing traitor gives us away to them,I suppose traitor Brown will take the salute when the EU army marches down Whitehall.
Here here,a sad day for this once proud nation, the more i see the smug look on browns face the more i would like to bury an axe in it,bastard.

The man is a Scot. pure and simple
Gordon's going to be booed out of the Stade De France tomorrow, can't wait.
Let's win the World Cup and send the Scottish Traitor packing from the Stadium in tears, with the boos ringing in his ears!
Its not snot
He is merely savouring some jizz deposited in his vile gob by a north african rentboy.
It isnt gel that keeps his hair in place you know.
If Miliband and Brown actually believe that repeating their mantra is fooling anyone, they have become seriously out of touch with the electorate.
I know many politically "neutral" people who can't wait for the opportunity to kick this bunch of liars out.
Gary,
No referendum on Maastricht so no referendum on the constitution? That is your argument? That for Tories to call for one now is hypocrisy?
How's this:
You wake in the middle of the night and hear movement downstairs. Gingerly you tread towards the front room. There you spot a burglar, mask, SWAG bag and all, half way out the window with your telly.
"Oi, put that back you thieving bastard!" you shout.
However, the burglar, in his best Today programme voice says "Well, the other lot stole your toaster last week and you didn't kick up such a fuss about that, you didn't even wake up"
"Good point, off you go then" (Gary returns to bed and sleeps fitfully, sure that something was wrong there.)
It isn't about what the Tories did, or what Labour are doing. It is about parliament handing over stolen goods.
Gary, you really are a pointless cunt - you were asked a simple question. WHY, if your party promised a referendum, did they renege on that promise, a piece of treachery perpetrated by an unelected PM?
I refer you to Stanislav's supreme piece yesterday - "Minister, do you know what day it is?"
Are you that minister? You complete tosser, why do you bother us with your bullshit, when a young Polish plumber knows more than you do about reality.
Must be time to go home for the long trolls' weekend isn't it? Cunt.
Well said Gary - could all those Tories who want a referendum on the Treaty but want to stay in Europe (i.e Tory official policy) please explain what they would have instead. And it needs to be something that makes the extended EU work and to which they would have a cat in hell's chance of getting the other members to agree - generally if you join a club you have to work in harmony with the other members, although I appreciate that this might not be the norm in Conservative circles.
Or perhaps all the Tories are trying to do is wreck the EU - but without saying they want to leave. At least UKIP have a degree of intellectual honesty about this.
Quite simply:
The Tories would have pushed for simplification and handing back of powers to parliaments. There is no need for 27 governments to decide on the best way to empty my bin.
Conservatives argue for a co-operative Europe not an integrating one, a democratic Europe not one run by its elite.
This "the Tories would have us out, so we must sign whatever piece of paper is put in front of us" argument is limper than Mandelson's wrist.
Labour promised a referendum. Labour should hold one. Saying that the Tories didn't hold one so why should we is just idiotic.
The red lines are red herrings. As far as I am aware, only those with a vested interest have suggested the two are significantly different. And where was Browns response to the select committee, headed by Labours own Michael Connarty, that suggested 2 of the 5 red lines were not worth the paper they were written on?
And to add some balance to proceedings, lets not forget that Margaret Thatcher did more than most to give up large chunks of British autonomy to the EU.
Can I have my country back:
Your scenario is quite wrong. The following, in your vein, would be more permissible.
A burglar in the pub tells everyone that he is going to break into your house tonight and steal your telly, just like his mate who stole your old telly, last weekend.
Fortunately, he doesn't break in at all and stays at home and goes to bed early. The next day, the burglar feels so ashamed of what he proposed, he books you into a two weeks holiday in tha maldives and gives you spending money.
The moral of this story is that nothing has changed and in fact you have a benefit of moral superiority.
Gary
Sorry, can't talk my mouths full.
Millibland, your turn next.
ELSBY
Thatcher and major were a long time ,the relationship between the Conservative Party and Europe has changed. There are very good reasons for this but to explain would be to offer Belgian chocolate to a blue arsed ape so I shan`t bother. We stay in a reformed EU or leave it . Its much the same thing we need trading agreements and that’s it. The rest of your twaddle is fluent imbecile.
What they will be talking about in the pub are two things .
1 Do we want to be ruled buy foreigners?
2 How did we get another liar as a Prime Minister?
There is nothing complicated about it
I suggest as you are so keen to do what the French and Germans tell you you move to France . There ,they will undoubtedly appreciate your elegant style and keen mind in a way we “ barbarians “ as Polly calls us , cannot aspire to .
But seriously .....
This is the broken society in miniature .Dead eyed welfare dependents like Mr. Elsby . His life is drugged haze ; a perpetual now where Margaret Thatcher`s ghost zips anachronistically through the decades .Between belching tramp lager and knocking up the estate bitch he has plenty of time to learn a few phrases which he repeats with inchoate rage rocking back and forth.
I don`t despise him. I would like to hug him and build him a youth club. It isn’t the fault of the socially sick and lame that Labour have broken the country.
He is merely the saddening dismal symptom of Labour`s failure ...a lonely cur nosing the gutter barking at its reflection...
Gary Elsby who can't see anything because he has just wedged his head up his own arse.
So, let me get this right...
Last night Gordon, having said that he was going to sign away British powers of self government, didn't actually do so and instead persuaded the EU to pay for us all to go on holiday. Well, that is good news.
I can't think why no one else has mentioned it.
Ed
They have hardly signed the first bit of paper put in front of them this aeems to have been the subject of negotiations for years. Do you really think that you could get a different consensus around your proposals which are somewhat undeveloped to say the least - and as I said clubs need to operate with a degree of consensus. And anyway some of what you are looking for is already in the proposals if you want to read them and can get past the usual turgid propose.
I'm afraid the Tories are just not operating in the real political world - ps my guess is that at least 60% of Tory supporters want to leave the EU and the figure among members would be even greater (if Cameron is so keen on a referendum that would be an interesting one for him to hold)
Ed and Newmania ideally illustrate the current position of the Conservative - both Conservative suppporters, two different visions of how the UK should work with our European neighbours and trading partners, neither of them achievable. What a shambles!
I was under the impression that the reason why we signed the Maastricht treaty was because we were led to believe at the time that the principle of derogation would ensure that BRITAIN would choose when it took precendence over the EU, and not the other way around. However, in practice the Law Lords took a different view, and consequently the principle of derogation of powers was interpreted to mean the EU would decide when it governed Britain.
The present government has tried to obfusctae over this point for some time. A good example is ID cards. As you know, these are unpopular in the UK, and we haven't had them since WWII. The EU has decided that all EU citizens MUST have ID cards. therefore Britain will be forced to introduce them. The Labour government, realising the difficulty of forcing a FOREIGN ID card system on its own people against the wishes of the British people, decided that the best solution was to pre-empt the EU directive and come up with its own ID Card scheme crafted in its own image.
Many EU laws now forced onto us under Maastricht are effectively "covered-up" by the government pre-emptively introducing its own legislation on the same issues - which is a key reason why Labour have introduced so many new laws.
Failng to sign the EU Treaty is our chance to indicate to Brussels that the EU super-state they propose is not what we want. It is our opportunity to stand up for a different form of EU, and to stand up for the many people across Europe that don't believe in a new federation of EU states under one government. If we cannot achieve that then I believe a future Tory government will have little choice but to take Britain out of the EU completely, because othwerwise it will find itself the last government we ever have.
11.00AM
If there are any leftists out there who can type AND construct a logical argument can you kindly answer the following - "If the two traties / constitutions are SO different, how is it that you keenly supported both??!!!"
Easy! The second one's even better then the first!
We had a referendum in 1975, but it was based on a total lie. It was presented as a common market, based on trade and trade alone. That's why we voted for it, because no-one ever told us what it was actually going to be. The total EU superstate was a design from the beginning, but it's been imposed on us slowly and insidiously by politicians of all stripes (notice how it morphed without comment from EEC to EC to EU?).
Gordon's betrayal is just the last in a long line of lies. And it will be the last: this reform treaty reforms to the extent that no future treaty will ever be needed; this one can be amended again and again and again until the EU really is a single political entity and there's nothing anyone will be able to do about it.
EU Referendum: The last British government
Read it and weep.
The only thing that will end this EU Superstate will be an EU "Civil" War within the next 50 years, which becomes increasingly inevitable as politicians in all countries sign up for this superstate without, in most cases, having ever asked their citizens if it's what THEY want. All this red lines , opt outs, guff is way beyond most people's understanding and usually turn out to be complete pipedreams.
The only referendum, that needs to be held in every one of the 27 countries is do you, citizen of, consent to our country becoming a region of the proposed EU Federal State?
This question will never be asked, however, because the people who decide between themselves have this cream bun well and truly sewn up and sod the people, and guess what when the Tories eventually get back in they will pretend to have their own red lines and opt outs (as per Maastricht sell out) but sign up to this charade as willingly as brown and his cronies. A pox on all their houses.
Au contraire cowardly anon. Myself and Ed are pretty much a unison choir . Either we are to be semi detached , as has been suggested with some relief by the Federalists abroad , or simply have a bilateral arrangement like the ‘unachievable’ Norway or Switzerland . Ruth Lea has been expanding on the third way and she has previous of being seriously right on Europe and the economy....but you know best.....
You misrepresent the position. There is no-one on the Conservative Party who wants the law of the country to be imposed from abroad for its own sake like the anti nationalist left . A decreasing number say there is economic gain to offset the sacrifice of the nation and some say international cooperation is a good thing in a general way. No-one actually wants to be in the EU though. Its existence wasnot our idea and it does not contain what we want ideally as an easy option.
It is my contention that this represents exactly the range of option in the country in which active EU proponents are a tiny and bizarre self hating minority. Noone wants Pooled sovereignty , noone wants the CAP , no-one wants to spend £5000 per household to rebuild Ireland and chat about the environment,. Noone wants its insidious regional programme and no-one wants England to be broken into regional bits . In short no-one wants the EU.
You are talking about opinions about what we do about its unfortunate existence a vast change from 1972 and the Heathite dreamers .
Of course no-one wants more of our freedoms sacrificed in the meantime while we try to distance ourselves, and none of this is required to request ,in a collegial spirit ,that Brown stops fucking lying and gives us the referendum promised .
(ID cards imposed by the EU ...I had no idea , £5 billion says the government , £20 billion say outside estimates . Christ the welare budget is only £90 billion appx.....what madness )
gary elsby who sees through Tory liars said...
Fortunately, he doesn't break in at all and stays at home and goes to bed early. The next day, the burglar feels so ashamed of what he proposed, he books you into a two weeks holiday in tha maldives and gives you spending money.
......and when you return you find your house has been dismantled, brick by brick, and carted away
Brown and Milliebandwagon insist that the infamous red lines are set in stone and will protect Britain's interests.
I don't know whether what they say is correct or not.Past history in the europead courts says not.
I do know that NuLab are habitual deceivers, so I have my suspicions as to the integrity of those red lines.
One thing would convince me of the red line integrity and that would be if each and every one of the members of the cabinet, together with their immediate families, accepted joint and several financial liability for each and every breach of the red line defence.
So come on Gordon Milliebandwagon, put your money where your mouth is
Good man Travis - yes the question is a simple one . Do you , or do you not , wish to be ruled by foreigners? Well do you... ?
There will now follow a short silence while lefty traitors wonder how they came to hate the coutry they live in so much. When the English are cheering and Broon of Mac broon is defiling the World Cup Final . I do hope he is booed and hissed . Has anyone hated this coutry as much as him ? Not since ghe war
( The red lines were there when the referendum was promised in the first place ..nothing new)
The difference between this treaty and the old are negligible.
If there was a referendum, Labour would loose. Its as simple as that.
Apres gratificational communale wacky session en Lisbon hotel room, j'assure all vous nasty little British boy that ze red-linz iz now becoming az ze feature de permanence sur Monsieur Brown'z greazy fatzy lille-blanche arsz.
Don't underestimate Labour MPs. They don't want to go down the plughole to please Gord. The coming rebellion could unseat the one-eyed beast.
www.the-tap.blogspot.com
The Millipede Brothers, aka Ronnie and Reggie, think we're signing a Good Luck message to our World Cup rugby team.
MeinKampfenFuehrer Gordon of the Gay variety thinks we're signing a 'Scotland Separatist' law (the sooner the better)so he can't get his moniker on it fast enough.
The Frog de-legging, garlic chomping SarkDozy thinks he's signing a decree nisi to get rid of his wife.
Prime Chancellor PanzersDown Merkel (short for Mercedes in German drunken speak) thinks she's signing a declaration of war on Poland and the rest of the Euro Disaster Liberal VolkSpeak Couldn'tGiveaFuck and Don'tKnowWhatTheFuckWe'reDoing countries are all so permanently pissed that whenever someone mentions 'rights' they all shout 'LEFTS' followed by 'Where do we sign ?' and 'Can we have some more gravy train please ?'
The above posters who attacked my proposal suggest that we should do what the Commission wants because we have to do what the other members of the club want. Why is that?
The British government should do what the British electorate want not what the governments of other countries want it to do. That is called d-e-m-o-c-r-a-c-y.
If self determination is a dirty word these days then I really despair at many of the people I share this island with.
It seems to be a reasonable interpretation of history to say that Miliband's parents would have been exterminated if the British had not stood up against the Nazis. So I think that we, the British, have a better judgment on what constitutes REAL freedom than he evidently does. In contrast Brown is just a plain, old, deceiver - who makes Neville seem brave.
Please visit THE DEVILS KITCHEN for a real and powerful view of this ZANULAB treason!

Yes madame, may I take this opportunity to express my profuse spanks for your immoral support in Lisbon and I do so look forward with a most immense pleasure to our forthcoming summit next weekend in Paris - when I will be humbly begging your special licence to soock on yoour boountiful big black bulging titties...and which I now feel fully prepared to sign.
dear gary
apart from the sevear distortions that go on in your head as regards
british politics.
let me make this point
who pays the wages and expenses of an mp ( mm tricky one for you gary as i know you think its the magic polit bureau)
so because it is mine and many other uk citezens that contribute to the running of parliment .
dont you think that if you want my taxes to pay for some other form of goverment you should ask me first.
you arraogant little shit , give us the vote , this freely updateable EU treaty is a wonk instrument of forced UK imprisonment (hope your reading clegg).
you see gary in giving us the vpte you are unable to deny the truth about democracy , 70% of uk citizens want a vote on the constitution or this treaty.
go on gary keep stuffing your trouser pockets with tax payers money just to show that bilge does make you rich.
thanks

Anonymous: My simple answer to you is bollocks!
The Tories of yesteryear had a world wide vision of Britain's place in that world.
Nazi Germany did fuck all to us.
Those Tories sent in the away team to settle our differences.
The Thatcherite generation looked a little inwardly and had a skirmish somewhere down south.
Today's Tories don't give a flying fuck about Britain's role in the world and want a retraction of responsibility.
Mordern (note the new term doing the rounds)(bastards in truth) Conservatives are saying they're anti's (to get a foot in the door)towards European integration and have no outwardly ambitions towards world peace or European harmony.
In other words, losers.
Rule one in Politics: Never back a loser.
Rule two: Never forget rule one.
Gary
Gary Elsby clearly thinks that it is his prayers each evening which cause the sun to rise the next morning.
The reason Gordon should hold a referendum when the Tories didn't in 1973, 1986 or 1992 is that Gordon promised one in the manifesto he was elected on and the Tories didn't in theirs.
Not that what the Tories did or didn't do 15 years and even longer ago has much relevance to what Gordon should be doing now.
Heres a thought about this consitution, It gives Spain a say on the Falklands and Gibralter and as Spain fully supports the illegal claim on the Falklands by Argentina then that would break the central point of EU solidarity wouldnt it? And Spain wants to take over Gibralter by force if needed so that breaks another central point of the constitution doesnt it? So straight away we have the seeds of inner conflict! and thats not incuding the cruel treatment of the political victims of Spain ie Batasuna Etc. Euro civil war is on the cards from the start?
The EU constitution is a bogey, or at least it is about as useful and unwelcome as one.
Elsby's lost it.
Once again, Labour shows its true colours, a sort of dirty yellow. As always the French have a word for such people, racaille.
To gary elsby -
I'm sure there will be a special lampost waiting for you, the day the populace finally rise up against the gang of traitors who are your masters.
Meanwhile chill, and await your Mussolini moment.
thanks pooh bear for that eye opener.
gary i will remind of you of your rules in few months time.
as for your review of politics men and women have died to keep us free from any form of goverment but the one we choose.
if we do not have the chance to choose which form of goverment we want , that means a lot of people wasted for there lives for twats like you to talk like brasso's pr group(should be barroso but hey hes a shit polishing excercise).
so come on gary your just on the edge of full betrayl because you are ignorant , but your not doing bad so far.
do we the british public have the right to determine our own parliment yes or no please.
thanks
red despot spotter
Ok Gary, we get it. You hate tories and froth at the mouth at the mere mention of the sainted Thatch.
Otherwise, do you even understad what this is about or, indeed, what you are saying? A series of factually inaccurate non-sequitors followed by a rather tired and hackneyed cliche presented with the self-deluded triumphalism of a man who has just solved the problem of his mother's low ceilings by cutting off her head, does not make a convincing argument against the holding of a referendum, why the current New Labour government can lie (again) to the electorate or justify breaking on a manifesto promise. It just makes you lookm like an unreasonable twit.

Remember the TV film "When the Kissing Had To Stop" ?
Looks like he's musing:-
I've totally fucked the english, i'm better than the footy and ruggy types.
Gary Elsby, me old mucker, shouldn't you be scooting?
Deadline's approaching, and need to photocopy an FCO press release for tomorrow's Indy.
Yeah, lets get the tories back in, cos they're diffferent aren't they.
Then again, they were the lying fuckers who signed us up in the first place, so maybe there's a bigger agenda here.
A coup has occurred. Time to be as obstructive as possible to the traitorous coup members plans.
Gary Elsby, swivel eyed, foamy mouthed, europhile twat, finally loses it when he is told he has failed the audition for the part of the eponymous hero in the re-make of Citizen Smith.(Power to the people, my arse!)
Neville Bottler Brown peace in our time,I will talk to the people, ten years of Labour spin and lies.
Bigger agenda ?
How about President A. Blair ?
Dear Gary Elseby,
You might want to take a look at the DEVILS KITCHEN blog about the Libertarian cause, it might just open your eyes/mind a bit! just a thought.
Lots of little boys for you in Lisbon to distract you from looking after our interests, eh Gordie.
I hope Cameron makes mincemeat out of him now.
It is worth reading exactly what Labour wrote in the Manifesto about the old constitution, on which they were prepared to offer a referendum...
"The EU now has 25 members and will continue to expand. The new Constitutional Treaty ensures the new Europe can work effectively, and that Britain keeps control of key national interests like foreign policy, taxation, social security and defence. The Treaty sets out what the EU can do and what it cannot. It strengthens the voice of national parliaments and governments in EU affairs. It is a good treaty for Britain and for the new Europe. We will put it to the British people in a referendum and campaign whole-heartedly for a ‘Yes’ vote to keep Britain a leading nation in Europe.
Just take a look back at the manifesto, which promised a referendum, and in the coming weeks whenever you hear a politician claiming one is not needed as the red lines protect "key national interests like foreign policy, taxation, social security and defence" or that "It strengthens the voice of national parliaments and governments in EU affairs" recognise that these are hollow argument because so, they claimed, did the last treaty, where they promised the public a referendum

Anyone who dares use the Maastricht example needs to remember one wee point.
The last referendum was 1975, that's 32 years ago, Maastricht was almost happily in the middle - it's overdue and we want one, and we BETTER get some satisfaction, Brown is now finished as an electable politician.
What's the rumour about an EU police force already setup ?.
Q: Whats the difference between Adolf Hitler, Gordon Brown and Tony Blair?
A: Hitler never betrayed his country!
Q: Why is Stalin better than Gordon Brown and Tony Blair?
A: Stalin's dead!
Have a read of Conservativehome on this subject,it looks a if Hauge has caved in about a referendum,if the Conservatives screw this one up then hell will freeze over before they ever get in charge.
... Gary Elsby is an odd little man, isn't he? Poor soul... and not very intelligent... still, he makes me laugh... (word verification: uonexpoo - one wonders...)
Civil disobedience it is.
bring in the BNP, we need them more than ever!
the other parties have ALL sold us to the EUSSR, only the BNP can save us now!
What frightens Brown is that if he does hold a referendum all those who did not vote in the most recent General Elections may just possibly come out and vote against. That, combined with the votes of others such as the Conservatives etc will be more than sufficient to give a resounding No. So it's a gamble.
Brown is entirely gutless and unprincipled - as are all those others who say that it is not 'necessary' to hold a Referendum. In whose opinion is this? Are these people to be trusted? Would you allow morons like Miliband to even walk your dog?
This is all part of the game of creating European Jobs for the Boys. Just look at who is sniffing round Brussels right now. The campaign to get Blair into the Presidency is well under way.
Vote Blair get Brown get Blair again.

Thanks, so the EUSR comissars are expecting trouble then.
The biggest con of all is that some people think that electing a Tory regime will make the evil twisted EU go away? In fact the Tories are just as commited to a federal EU as ZANULAB are! AND the Tories will not touch the CAP or the CFP or any other 'institution'! like the punch&judy show, NuLab and BluLab are different puppets worked by the same pair of hands! So who is the puppeteer?
Do you ever get the feeling your on the quick sands in Morecombe and your slowly sinking and the tide is coming in,and because of H&S nobody will help ,that's the way I feel about the EUSR were all doomed I tell you doomed.

Letter I've just posted to David Miliband's official website.
Re: the EU Treaty and Harlow's People's Referendum on the Treaty.
Dear David Miliband,
In the past you have emphasised the demand for bottom-up rather than top-down approaches to government and PM Brown has promised more open government. Are such promises anything more than meaningless soundbites designed to win votes?
For the report of the parliamentary EU scrutiny committee on the new EU Treaty criticises, among other things, the essential secrecy surrounding the new EU Treaty and the rushed and secretive manner with which it has been drafted.
It is surely scandalous, undemocratic and of huge concern that Britain, government Ministers and government departments were given just 48 hours’ notice of the details in the European Union reform treaty before being asked to agree to it.
The scrutiny committee has asked for clarification of the 'Red Lines' - the treaty opt-outs which the Prime Minister claims make a popular vote unnecessary - and have questioned whether these red lines will be effective.
In addition, the committee has suggested that a requirement for national parliaments to contribute to "the good functioning of the Union" may contradict the Bill of Rights, which protects the UK's Parliament from being placed under legal obligations by any outside body, the MPs said.
They added: "In our view, the imposition of such a legal duty on the Parliament of this country is objectionable as a matter of principle and must be resisted."
Senior Labour MP, Gisela Stuart, who helped draft the constitution, has dismissed the "red lines" - the treaty opt-outs which the Prime Minister claims make a popular vote unnecessary - as "red herrings", saying that they were also present in the earlier constitution on which Labour promised a referendum.
Ms Stuart stated: "It's a matter of trust and integrity. A referendum was promised. It should be delivered"..."If Labour can't trust the people, why should the people trust Labour?"..."The path adopted by the Government is neither honest not coherent." (BBC news website)
Former Labour government Minister, Tony Benn has said this Treaty will result in the "death of democracy" in our country.
Here in Harlow many of us are so deeply concerned that this Treaty will create a distant, undemocratic and top down EU superstate and so angry at the government's failure to honour it's manifesto pledge to hold a Referendum on this issue of fundamental importance which will have a major influence on all of our lives that we organised a public meeting on this.
The public meeting was attended by people who support a broad spectrum of political parties, all united by our deep concern about this Treaty. Those at the meeting voted unanimously to hold our own People's Referendum on the Treaty.
Harlow's People's Referendum is staffed entirely by local volunteers at no cost to our town or council. We rely on a shoe string budget of voluntary contributions. Volunteers, some of whom are pensioners, pay our own expenses. We volunteers are working our socks off to do give the people of Harlow a say and we are heartened by the overwhelmingly positive response of the people of Harlow.
People and politicians all over our country are calling for a national Referendum.
Why does the Government refuse to listen, Mr Miliband?
Auntie Flo'
Auntie Flo
Miliband's response would be "do you know who you are talking to?, someone who doesn't give a fuck what you or anyone else thinks" (for he is one of the most arrogant people on the planet)
That said you are 100% correct, it's a shame that class warriors from Stoke make this 35 year betrayal by many politicians into a party political issue.
Someone here said that once it is signed there is nothing we can do about it. Yes there is. We will have a very public tearing up of the treaty and tell them to go and fuck themselves.
How nice to see the quisling trying hard to give a damn when "commiserating" our lads after the match tonight. Yet again it was down to Jonny Wilkinson to raise his game and snub the hypocrite.
Brown, looked pathetic tonight. Oh, World cup final: I'll wear the red tie. This is a man that can look wooden and show no sincerity at any and every occasion. One up for Johnny for pretty much ignoring the gorgon!
