Here's Gordon...
The Dead-Tree-Press in the shape of the Guardian's Martin Kettle and even the Daily Mail have hopped on the Where's Gordon?™ Meme. Particularly enjoyed this morning's Where's Gordo game featuring a naked Gordon- which seems to have been pulled from their website this afternoon. Did it displease Dacre? The shiny all new GordonBrown.org and GordonBrownforBritiain.com* websites will launch tomorrow. Remember the denial put out by Silverfish, about buying domains on behalf of Gordon? Silverfish's Mark Lucas claimed it was speculative, nothing to do with Gordon, they were building up a portfolio of internet domains and flying pigs etc.
In truth they were acting on the direct instructions of Gordon's charmless spinmeister Damian McBride, to buy up websites for Gordon's campaign. All will be revealed tomorrow. Guido hopes Silverfish come up with something better than "Dave the Chameleon" this time. Gordon needs all the help he can get...
UPDATE : ConservativeHome is reporting that the bogeyman will be doing photo-ops in Stevenage and Basildon tomorrow, the seats of Labour MPs Barbara Follett and Angela Smith respectively.
*There are a few others as well. Silverfish bought some of them off lucky owners for substantial sums.

That twat Wilf Stevenson of the Sith has just been on BBC24. Obviously the Beeb and the Sith working to their new master's orders. As an observation, Stevenson could ask the cyclops where he got his fucking teeth done!!!!!!!
"Wheres Gordon?" TM getting his funding from for his campaign?
Peter Hain was desperate in his answers on PM to the Where's Gordon question.
Eventually came up with 'he was a great help in N Ireland on Tuesday'.
Gosh.
I'm pretty sure Kettle hopped on the Macavity meme, didn't he? Much as you did, Guido.
Not buying up that many domains - www.brownforpm.co.uk still available. Might be woth the £2.49 it would cost me to buy!!
Off thread but....
So charming Damien has been on holiday/unpaid/paid leave or working exceptionally long hours already then!
Presumably once a spAd always a spAd irrespective of Ministers elevating position?
"'he was a great help in N Ireland on Tuesday"
By staying away!
Look as much as you try to trash Brown. You have to accept that He and Blair are Tory's in disguise. They have successfully progressed the Thatcher Reformation of this Country.
Your best tack is to help Labour get back under its natural Left wing again.
If that were true, I'd be voting for them. It isn't, they haven't and I'm not.
gordo the snotwieler talks utter bollox!! praising bliar. he spends 10 yrs bitchin about him then pats him on the back as he leaves.he is a great fat sweaty weasel and we englishmen dont want this jock with no mandate pissing about with our country.
I look forward to putting GordonBrownMP.org to full use. :-)
Mind you it makes things a lot harder when baldie Cameron goes on camera (see webcameron interview with CitizenSteve) today and says that we are incredibly fortunate and have a successful economy.
How can you trash Brown's record in managing the economy when the leader of the opposition is openly praising it?
Hasn't he got funny little legs?
He also looks like Lord Browne from behind (I don't mean down on all fours whilst getting an express delivery of maple syrup)
Just the silly hair and pipe cleaner legs, the sort of gimp who loves it up the wrongun.
Did I mention his legs?
In my day politicians had decent British legs, who amongst us would have turned down the opportunity to stroke the well honed seamed nylon clad calf of lady Thatcher in her prime?
Or for that matter Anthony Eden in a singlet and gym shorts.
Apparently Cameron has foolishly and erroneously been praising Brown's management of the economy.
Is Cameron playing a game here or does he really not realise that Brown is leading us into stagflation? Within six months the illusion of prosperity will be revealed as a debt-fuelled sham.
Here's Spectator editor, Matthew d'Ancona's advice to Cameron regarding the economy:
".....we may be reaching crunchier economic times because of competition from the east and because Gordon’s Brown microeconomic mismanagement will soon start to bite. Just as the Thatcher economic reforms only started to really work after five and more years, Gordon Brown’s taxes and regulations are only just beginning to hurt. This is precisely the wrong time for Conservatives to be giving the impression that economics is somehow less important....."
Austrian
If that is true then it proves what The Hitch has been saying for yonks
CAMERON IS A KNOB WHO WOULD SAY/DO ANYTHING TO GET INTO NUMBER 10.
My number 1 fan Peter Hitchens of the Mail on sunday agrees with me.
Well it makes no fucking sense to me.
The next time Gideon stands up and accuses Brown of mismanaging the economy, he only has to quote back today's Cameron interview which gushingly praises our successful economy on the very day that interest rates have been forced up again due to inflation rearing its ugly head again!
The Tories have made such an issue of ensuring that Brown is framed as the one on whom the success of failure of the economy rests, so even if things do go wrong as many believe, Brown can just argue that Cameron was happily praising his running of the economy.
Good to see the sytematic sleaze of nu or now old lab continues. Blair flies up to Sedgefield and back on our dime for purely party politics reasons
Silverfish get loads of Treasury business and hey ho, they just happen to be doing pro bono work for Gordon
Corrupt cunts
Cameron has shot himself in the foot praising the great conman Brown.
Boy David really is wet behind the ears I'm afraid.
It realy is time he got his finger out and started opposing this bunch of charlatans much more vehemently.
How about this point that may help Hitch and his general missunderstanding about how politics works.
When the shit hits the proverbial economic fan. Which it will do whatever happens. The last thing the Conservative party wants is to be accused by the BB fucking C of TALKING DOWN the econemy. Or depressing people. Thats my job.
This is all part of Camerons style and it is a very effective one. It wins votes. Which when the Conservative party is not in power, is all that concerns them. They are not a natural opposition party and never have been.
Just think of how many birthday parties people that moan about the econemy all day get invited to. If this helps.
When he is in NO10 and sees the BOOKS then he will have no trouble blaming in horror the legacy left to him by Gordon Brown.
If any of you go to protest against Gordon in Basildon or Stevenage tomorrow or in Brighton on Sunday please don't shout anything rude about rocking horses, nappies, or closet gays.
It will only upset the big jessie.
Praising Gordon's running of the economy is exactly what cameron wants to do.
When Gordo gets into No10 and his incompetentance at running government become apparent (i.e. he aint there when shit hits the fan) then conservative win at next election = gaurenteed. Much better than if Lab got someone with a personality in.
When Blair becomes president of europe, Brown will only be a regional governer anyway....
It's the launching of President Gorgon Broon. You think losing your pensions was bad? Just wait! Tories get elected? What election? Castro will fly over and shout from the balcony of Buckingham Palace down the microphone to the massed throng, "You don't want bourgeois electatorial games, do you?" The speakers will boom back 'No!' Gord will be stood learing by his side, with Bob Geldof on the other side, Bono will probably be in the photograph.
The Gordstapo will arrest all of you dissenters in the UK, MI5 will get those overseas. It's all planned. Sky have already bought the TV rights.
Hitch
All I can say is try come out with your idears at a your local Consevative party meeting. You may get a few laughs but they will be showing you the door before the wine and peanuts are served up.
You are wrong however much I may personally wish you are right. Its as simple as that.
However feel free to carry on trying to piss of Cameron and his chums, because their PR team must be simply loving it.
Anyhow its not just a question of getting elected its having a coherent civilised nation prepared to live under Tory rule, when he does. This without riots, like in France taking place before DC has even got his feet under the NO 10 table.
This country will not take one Conservative parliament to sort out. It will take 3 at least. Lets not wize up the commy bastards at the BBC and in the media in advance of time, there is simply no point.
PS: I realise I let some classified information slip out back there. MI6 are not trusted, NuLab NKVD units suspect factional loyalties to Cameron, hence the already formed Broonist cells within MI5. Watch out for package tourists overseas anti-Glorious Gordon bloggers. Units of Special Branch are already being called 'Broons Goons', Guido may be on their list. Keep your eyes open and your backs to the wall!
And Hitch
I am self employed and am very used to the ups and downs of economic life. Having build a manufacturing business over 29 years. I get bugger all from the government except tax bills and fines.
However over, I think 35% of this countries employed and all of the unemployed and 85% of the old are now completely dependant on government cash. Not to mention the 70% of households drawing working family tax credits to suppliment their sometimes over £60,000 pa wages.
Do you really think all or even a large amount of these Turkeys are going to vote for christmas? Or are you just a crazy fool.
If these people thought that Cameron was even slightly likely to do a Thatcher, however much they share you racist and agresive opinions, they would run from voting Tory quicker then you can say Hitchins is God.
I have posted this comment, because I believe it is right. When one is a commenter, one cannot be swayed by the consensus or the prevailing view of the moment. It is because I have the divine right of kings and because I am holier than thou.
So long, I am leaving, and be assured, I am richer for the experience.
Finally, as far as you are concerned, I want to make it clear that I don't, and never did, give a toss.
So turdy bliar left a disaster as predicted,Iraq he has walked away problem unresolved, the NHS,the Home Office, the Benifits system,Council tax,the Armed sevices, the police...and on and on and on leaving a "man" who eats snot and sulks to try and fix it.This person is probably the only one who could make bliar seem competent.
Love You All
Yes, Hitch 12:17 is right.
For those Tories who believe Cameron is playing an electoral strategy (ie lying) by gushingly praising the economy in order to help him win the election, could you point me to a similar speech from Tony Blair in the run up to the 1997 election?
I just can't find him praising the Tory management of the economy for some reason.
We don't want a PM who will praise major policy failing because he is too wet and does not have the backbone to tell the truth.
Remember the French voted for change by electing the so-called 'scary' brute over the media-friendly fragrant option.
(and no, I do not believe we have a successful economy)
and no, I do not believe we have a successful economy
and that folks is The Sanity Test
ie. can you recognise reality through the smoke
"the bogeyman will be doing photo-ops in Stevenage and Basildon"
I will be watching.

did anyone else notice the body language in PMQs in the George Osborne v Brown clash?
for the entirity of Brown's answer to Osborne, Brown never once turned to face his opponent - he was turned sideways , speaking to the speaker and his own backbenches, never once turning to face Osborne head on.
watch out for that curious body language in future PMQs.
Perhaps Barbara can advise on personal presentation and clean him up a bit before being seen with the dirt bag.
How do you make a Labour marginal more marginal?
Ask Gordon to take a tour.
Has anyone yet found on You Tube a video of Broon dubbed with the '60s hit by Jilted John which had the chorus 'Gordon is a moron, Gordon is a moron'.

strangely enough these stroking thoughts never did glide over my consciousness
but i must concur that Gordon Brown is hardly the most desirable of politicians
i mean really...who wants a Prime Minister who is constantly being tracked by floating red question-mark?
decidedly dodgy in my opinion
