You have to admire the way Tony Blair, despite having spent 10 years fucking up both this country and the rest of the world, on Tuesday, still managed to derive such intense pleasure from his success in aiding the Northern Ireland peace process - although this peace is more probably attributable to the fact that, on beholding the monumental performance of new-boys Al Quaida on 9/11, the IRA realized they were getting a bit old for the 'terrorism' game and decided to pack up shop in order to enjoy retirement.

isp,s use either static or dhcp addresses ,dhcp may change but isp,s get ip adresses in blocks ,get the ip address you get to the isp , anyway our wonderful delightful goverment made sure that isp,s keep logs for a very long time ,it's nice being stupid innit.
