Even I think the Times is reaching on this one. I'm sticking with you Guido, and the cash for honours story. The Times is only demonstrating what we know already, that the British constitution allows all sort of improper communication between the representatives of the people and those with money. I doubt that they will find any hard evidence of wrong-doing on the part of serving ministers.

and has anyone noticed how the judiciary (whether they sit on tribunals or in courts) nearly always 'cozy up' to representatives of government departments? These judges, magistrates, tribunal chairmen etc become familiar with the regular state advocates and favour them -much in the same way as referees can often favour home teams in football matches.

According to Human Rights legislation we are entitled to a fair trial from "an independent and impartial tribunal" - but in fact, the judiciary are paid by the state from money raised by taxation and are therefore bought and paid for.

The government's wet-dream about ensuring the common man easy access to justice is no more than a damp joke - but 'lady' justice always opens her legs wide to the men in power.

Sounds to me more like the fall guys are being lined up as the fuzz closes in....

Very poor drawings, neither witty nor funny.

It's difficult to tell but haven't they got them the wrong way round?

Sutcliffe (if it is he) is prisons, not road pricing.

Makes Steve Bell look like a political cartoonist.

Lovemore, why are you not answering my letters? And why is the man in the Zimbabwe Embassy not giving me the money like you promise? The man you say will bring me to London has taken all the money you give me and now I am having the little boy because I cannot pay the special doctor.

Please Lovemore London she is very much too cold and expensive. Little Lovemore he is needing the new nappies and everything. When are you coming to see your little boy?

Your big and bouncy girlfriend, Beautious

Looks to me like you have the pictures and the speech bubbles mixed up. The naked guy is obviously Ladyman but the other guy is speaking about road pricing.

The naked guy on the left looks disturbingly like Iain Dale....
