Pisani is Off to More4

The competition between More4 and 18DoughtyStreet.com is hotting up. They have poached the ex-Question Time and now ex-CCHQ media guru Nick Pisani for Starkey's Last Word their late night rival to Iain Dale. Guido is willing to bet a few quid that within a year 18DoughtyStreet will achieve an audience bigger than More4. Not as many quid as Stephan Shakespeare has bet though...

I'd rather listen to Dale than Starkey

Dale is more affable, less gauche

Starkey is more camp than Iain, though...

Pisani's last job before question time was the unlamented "Littlejohn Live" TV show. So he has, at least, some experience of ranting, hysterically right-wing homosexuals with an attention complex...

And it's Stephan Shakespeare (I know, because I've previously got it wrong). But if he can change his surname from Kukowski I suppose we might be allowed a little license with his forename.

what do we think the views of 18DS are then?

honestly, they are both dull pratts - and on another point have you noticed the word verification thing on here is getting longer and longer - you have to type in half the alphabet

I reckon there is more chance of me being related to William Shakespeare than the one mentioned in this thread.

What's wrong with being right wing? IMO, nothing. It's better than being left wing or a wet liberal or a wet Conservative who should be a liberal.

"Hey Nick, sign here and join the More4 club.."
"Yeah sure!"
"... foot."
"Oh bollocks, not Starkey!"
