Stephen Tall is LibDem Blog Award Winner

Just in via Blackberry from a co-conspirator in the room who is standing next to, errm, Iain Dale...

Check out www.StephenTall.org.uk to see how he uses VideoBlogging very effectively as well as his A Liberal Goes A Long Way conventional blog.

Or dave boy cameron for being one great pause in conservatism

I thought it was not bad for straight to camera; the pauses are a welcome alternative to lots of "umms" and "errs". Less convincing was the assertion that the LibDem tax proposals amounted to "real action".

Will some one please explain how high taxes square with how the UK will compete in the global economy - of which even some LibDems are aware?

Never heard of him. I remember Ming Campbell however when he was just launching his political career as young man of 30 back in 1906. His success today is due in no small part down the fact he was too old to be called up in the Great War. Sadly, I was not, hence my premature demise.

I reckon it is going to be a mass change in political support next year with the lib/dems moving forward decisively. As blogger earlier said we are seeing grassroot tories moving away as we all get more and more pissed off with dave cameronians weird ideas on conservatism and his infatuation with etnicity, woman and gays--its turning us all off. I HAVE JUST SEEN THE 4% LEAD THIS MORNING. It is clear now that it is all over for us.A tory friend at the weekend said that the tory party in cco has been building the influence of gays and lesbians for the last 10 years, and that it is now unmanageable with this diversity philosophy. if this is the case I see big trouble ahead. It seems that the blogs clearly will be the way forward in this diversity debate if there are average people left to be interested in such debates.

I think Conservative activist have to recognise the 'Dave' has several audiences. The main one is the man in the street, not us. The last thing he want's is to scare them off, so he is doing mogadon man impressions...I'm sure that you will eventually get to play with some policies sometime, meanwhile, just keep your eye on Labour as it self destructs and the opinion polls as they reflect this...

Dave should read this blog to see what Tories really want deep down, burn a few crosses, build gas chambers, that kind of thing.
