J Prescott Jnr has managed to make some money out of regeneration projects (the minister formerly responsible for regeneration being J Prescott Snr). The Tories are reported to want an inquiry into Prescott Jnr's company - Estate Partnerships - where they smell another Prezza scandal. This is not to be confused with English Partnerships, where so far nobody has found a scandal.

Prescott`s doings are rarely immedietely apparent,there`s usually a fact hunt involved.
