Heffer-Vision on UKIP TV

Simon Heffer spoke in Bromley about an "alternative home" - geddit?. Surely blog readers won't want to miss out on what he has to say. Let me know how he "intellectually engages" with UKIP (click on the UKIP TV to watch). Alas, Guido does not have time to watch these pearls of wisdom himself, because he is en route to his alternative home in France. Au revoir...

That heffer bloke is a blustering baffon - how can anyone take this monkey spanker for real.

I always enjoy his column in The Telegraph. It's bile-ridden, racist and badly-written tripe: the "easy" setting for the "spot the dog-whistle politics game".

Just watched it. Well spoken, well argued, well done!
I used to vote Labour, but never again.
I don't trust Cameron and his cronies so I guess UKIP is the only place to go.

UKIP's plan for electoral domination will have to go on hold until they locate a cameraman who knows how to site a microphone properly. For those of you who wondered what Eric's bastard offspring might sound like in an underwater echo chamber, this one's for you.

Heffer-Vision. I'm old enough to remember Scuttle-Vision with Benny Hill.

Farage is also speaking I see. Why didn't any tory hecklers turn up? Or were they all tories there?
