Rebekah Takes Bit 'o Posh to Posh 'n Becks' Party

Some snide and ill informed commentators claimed that Cameron's office had gatecrashed Posh 'n Becks party - begging them for an invite to get himself pictured with some street credible footballing heroes. Guido understands that Dave was actually the guest of Rebekah Wade. That would be the former New Labour loving Sun editor, now rapidly becoming cheerleader-in-chief for her new best friend, Dave.

Wondering where Blair is currently? Guido understands he sneaked off to suck up to Murdoch whilst in the U.S. en route to holidaying with former Italian PM Berlusconi. Don't worry Prezza is in charge...

Does Guido "understand" about Dave's ticket from here: http://politics.guardian.co.uk/conservatives/story/0,,1780307,00.html or from one of the other newspapers that reported it the day afterwards?

Blair is in Tuscany negotiating with Prodi on behalf of Murdoch for tv rights previously held by Tessa's ex husband's ex client. Chap called Berlusconni.

I think the saddest thing about the whole party, is the fact that people turned up and stood at the gates in the rain to see who would turn up. I do worry about the voting public and their command of reality at a times.

Saying that, they did vote Labour in.

Since Wade will have stopped being Sun editor before Blair stops being PM, Davy C is barking up the wrong tree.

David Cameron

he mentions the party on his blog & is not a big fan of Peter Crouch.

The Disease isn't staying with Berlusconi this time but with his princely mate, Girosalami or something similar.

Bless him... Dave just couldn't resist it... hanging out with some of the country's most nouveau tasteless money-guzzlers.

How about putting Beckham on the A List?

Tony is a guest in the villa of Princes Guicciardini Strozzi. Silvio went there yesterday to have dinner with them.

Surely, the country rests easier knowing that 'tiny todger' is fully in command and on the job.
As for the DC myspace site, one suspects the evil machinations of 'Bloggers for Labour'...

Kim Jong Il has 1167 myspace friends, compared to David Cameron's 38. Who's the hip, happening leader of the internet age now, huh?

Although Kim probably doesn't use the phrase 'keep it real' as often as Dave.

Oldmediaboy - what a cynic! Guido 'understands' because he is in constant off-the-record contact with Movers and Shakers. Have some faith!

What is Guido trying to say: that he didn't really gatecrash because he wrangled a ticket from a friend of a friend? Sounds like the classic gatecrash of a ticket-only affair to me ...

Boris Johnson's doing well, with over 500 friends, but Pierre Trudeau has over 1500, despite having been dead for some time. Maybe Dave will get lucky and Pierre will add him.

Maybe Becks will hire him as PR spokesman after the next election defeat ?
