Return Flight
After less than a year in a re-education camp, Howard Flight has found his way back to Westminster. Fired by Michael Howard for thought-crimes, the former MP and City heavy-weight has taken on the chairmanship of the right-on, ultra-Cameroonie think-tank, the Globalisation Institute.

Good to see such enormous talent finding a place in the body politic.
he wasn't fired for thought crimes Guido,he was fired for going into a room where he'd been warned not to say anything outrageous and then saying something..er.. outrageous, to the tune of MHs figures don't add up-or some other similarly unhelpful comment, apologies,my memory is knackered.
Please feel free to correct me.
City heavyweight?Did he make 14 stone?Thought he was smaller
He passed me on some sort of Victoria push-bike just now. Wearing leather driving gloves. Quite a sight.
My God, I've just looked up where they're based. If he's going to cycle from there to Westmisnter every day he'll kill himself!
I seem to recall you predicting around 10 months ago an immediate return to frontline Tory politics for an as yet to be elevated to the peerage 'Lord Flight of Arundel'. What went wrong?
