Charlie should see his GP immediately. His life-style issues would enable the GP to earn a lot of goverment brownie points.
By "immediately" you presumably mean "after a few days"?
Dr Crippen has it on good authority that some months ago Charlie was spotted discretly leaving The Priory Clinic.
Doe Guido know who he might have been visiting?
It is clearly a civil partnership ceremony involving the Lib Dem candidate in the white bow tie and Charlie - note the presence of Sandi Toksvig. This is why he drinks (irregularly and moderately). Poor Sarah.
